About Us Apple Sound Ltd offer a reliable combination of expertise in acoustics, reproduced sound and system engineering. Trading as Apple Sound, we have been involved directly in the audio industry since 1979.

Making A Purchase It's easy to make a purchase on-line.
Just browse our on-line shop and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to your order. You can continue to add and remove items before confirming your order.
There are 3 payment options at the checkout.
CREDIT CARD
You may enter your card information via our secure on-line catalogue by selecting "Credit Card" payment at the checkout.
We charge your card when the goods are ready for dispatch - not before!
CHEQUE
Select "Cheque Payment by Post" at the checkout. Post your cheque with a copy of your order or a covering letter quoting your order number. Cheques are payable to "Apple Sound Ltd " and should be posted to:

Please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear.
We hold orders that are awaiting payment for ten days, after which time they will be cancelled.
SCHOOL ORDER
If you are a school simply select "School / LEA purchase order" at the checkout (Minimum value £120 inc VAT). On completion print your receipt and send with your purchase order, we'll keep the order on hold until we receive this purchase order.
For school and other purchase orders prices are valid for 20 days from the invoice date and are then subject to a 5% surcharge.

Delivery Schedule We deliver using either Royal Mail 1st class post or a national carrier's next working day service.
If the delivery needs signing for and no-one is available a card will be left for you to make other arrangements |

Credit Card Security 
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We appreciate it is sometimes difficult to be sure you are buying the right product for your needs; and even though you can contact us for advice, we also offer a 10 day, no-quibble MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE from date of delivery to you. If your purchase is not right in any way either return it to us with details of the purchase or a copy of the invoice. Alternatively you can contact us immediately for advice.
This applies to consumers and end users, not trade customers. It is not transferable.
Returns need to be undamaged and in their complete, original packing with all documentation (instruction books, etc). Please DO NOT write or tape on the sales carton.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 10 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to consumer sales delivered to a household address. We regret that delivery and packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
GUARANTEES
All products have a one year Return To Base guarantee, parts and labour. The exclusions are batteries, indicator lamps and fuses. Some product ranges also benefit from their manufacturer's extended parts/labour warranties, subject to their conditions, which are from date of purchase.
GUARANTEE - RETURN PROCEDURE
Should you need to claim under guarantee, please email us for help. We will advise on the best method for you to return the item to us (or to the manufacturer). We will contact the manufacturer for you and then make sure the repaired item is returned to you as soon as possible.
